Delete Your Account

Fame Game lets you create an account. If you want that account and its associated data removed, you can request deletion here. You do not need to be signed into the app to use this page.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to support@musicwars.app with the subject line Account deletion request.
- Use the email address on your Fame Game account, and include your in-game name if you remember it.
- We will verify the request and delete the account. Most requests are completed within 30 days.

This opens your email app with a prefilled message to Fame Game support.
If email does not open, write us directly at support@musicwars.app.
What we delete
When a deletion request is completed, we delete:
- Your account, login credentials, and profile information
- Gameplay saves, progress, filmography, relationships, wardrobe, and similar in-app data tied to the account
- Support messages associated with the account, except where we must keep a record of the deletion request itself
What we may keep
We may retain limited information when we have a legal, security, or accounting reason to do so, including:
- Purchase and subscription records processed by Google Play or the App Store
- Records needed to prevent fraud, abuse, or repeat policy violations
- Information we are required to keep under applicable law
- Aggregated or de-identified data that can no longer identify you
App store purchases, refunds, and subscriptions are managed by Google Play or Apple, not by this page.
How long it takes
We aim to complete verified deletion requests within 30 days. If we need more information to confirm it is your account, we will reply to the email you used to request deletion.
