These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Fame Game mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service") provided by Fame Game ("Fame Game," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

License to Use the Service

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service except as expressly permitted by law or with our prior written consent.

Accounts

Some features may require you to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

In-App Purchases and Virtual Items

The Service may offer optional in-app purchases, subscriptions, or virtual items such as currency, boosts, cosmetics, or other digital content ("Virtual Items"). Purchases are processed by Apple or other applicable app store providers, and billing is handled according to their terms and policies.

Virtual Items have no real-world monetary value and are licensed, not sold, to you.
Virtual Items are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or the applicable app store's policies.
We may modify, manage, limit, or discontinue Virtual Items or pricing at any time.
We are not liable for loss of Virtual Items due to account suspension, termination, service changes, or events outside our reasonable control.

User Content and Conduct

You may be able to create, upload, or share content through the Service, including usernames, profile information, messages, and gameplay activity ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content, but you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, display, and distribute your User Content as needed to operate, improve, and promote the Service.

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.
Harass, abuse, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
Upload malware, spam, or unauthorized advertising.
Cheat, exploit bugs, use bots, or interfere with fair gameplay.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
Use the Service for commercial purposes without our permission.

We may remove User Content or suspend or terminate access if we believe you have violated these Terms or harmed the Service or other users.

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, artwork, characters, music, logos, trademarks, and other content, is owned by Fame Game or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights are transferred to you.

Third-Party Services

The Service may include links to or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms and policies.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAME GAME AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US THROUGH THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100).

Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded the Service from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that:

These Terms are between you and Fame Game, not Apple.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Service.
Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Service, including product liability, legal compliance, consumer protection, privacy, or intellectual property claims.
In the event of any failure of the Service to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any, paid for the app. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation with respect to the Service.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Fame Game is established, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory local consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and may provide additional notice as required by law. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
